Dog registration
To register your dogs for inclusion in our Tables simply fill in the portion of the form displayed.  Quote the KC registered name(s) of any household dogs which you want featured (inc. partners and siblings if at same address), the usual handler and the breed.  Indicate size category, grade of dog as at 1st January, 2009 and whether ABC or not.  If also handled by a Junior then fill in details in both sections.
Please select region in which you reside and your points will appear in the appropriate section in the magazine, within the correct grade and size.  You can also check the details of how your points are accumulated by logging on to the web site and clicking on the “Member Search” link which then allows you to see at which shows and what classes you achieved a result.  The database is retrospective from 2006 so you can select a year and your results should be listed.
The tables are as comprehensive as they can be but on the odd occasion, for whatever reason, results are not forwarded to us. These are very few and far between and the Eye makes every endeavour to incorporate all KC licensed shows. (Note: Only KC licensed Open & Championship events are recorded).

Your points can also be allocated to a Club or training group, please fill in the appropriate box on the form.  Any points achieved by yourself will then be added to the Club total and will appear in the Club league tables.

Show results (ie Rosette placings down to a maximum of 15th place) are published in our Results Supplements which you can opt to receive by subscribing to the £35 option. They are also available on-line and will usually appear here before being published, so you may prefer to access them this way.

Awards
At the end of each calendar year, once all shows have been processed, we compile a final set of tables. The highest placed dog in an awards category will receive a trophy from us to mark their achievement. This is done on both a regional and national basis and we distribute in excess of 100 awards to individuals and clubs.
The dog will remain in the category in which it was enrolled, for the duration of the year.

Publication
The magazine is published once a month and will normally be with you by the second week of the month.  Supplements are published seven or eight times a year.  The on-line magazine is uploaded at the start of the month and several issues can be viewed at any one time.  (The pages can take some time to load, depending on your download speed. )
